All NestledHeart products — including eBooks, toolkits, printable planners, and journals — are delivered digitally. There are no physical products shipped.

Upon purchase, you’ll receive:

  • An instant email with download access (or link to a download access PDF)

  • Instructions on how to access your files via Google Drive or direct link

  • Lifetime access unless stated otherwise

⏱ When Will I Get My Files?

Immediately after successful payment, you’ll:

  • Be redirected to a confirmation page with a download link

  • Receive a confirmation email with your access PDF or direct download link

No waiting, no shipping costs — just instant inspiration and support.

🔁 Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered or accessed.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If:

  • You believe you’ve purchased the wrong product

  • You’re facing technical issues

  • You haven’t received the promised access

We’ll do our best to make it right — either with support, file replacement, or store credit.

📥 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please email us with proof. We’ll verify and refund the duplicate within 3–5 business days.

❌ Unauthorized Sharing

Your download links and product access are licensed for personal use only.
Please do not reshare, redistribute, or resell. Doing so violates our terms and may result in access being revoked.

  • Try opening the file on a laptop or desktop instead of mobile

  • Check if you’re logged into the correct Google account (for Drive-based access)
